Had a great experience at this office not once, not twice, but three times. Dr. Cole was amazing and took care of me the whole time and did a great job on my teeth. Madison was awesome and let me talk her head off and was very fun to talk to. Mandy is amazing and did a great job of scheduling me to be able to come up there. Nothing but great things to say.

I had a great experience at this office. Dr. Cole was so kind and took the time to walk me through everything she was doing, which really put me at ease. Mandy was incredibly helpful with the paperwork and made the whole check-in process smooth. Madison was gentle and kind throughout the entire visit. I felt well taken care of from start to finish and would definitely recommend them.

Cole Family Dentistry is a hidden gem! I made a decision to start supporting businesses in Florence, since this is where we live. From the receptionist to the assistant to Mrs.Cole! They were all welcoming and nice. I have 3 kids that absolutely love them. I thought my 2 year old would be a little scared to go back but he sure wasn’t. That should tell you how family oriented and welcoming they are. Thank you all so much for your professionalism and kindness!

If you are looking for a professional staff, that is all about treating you like a person instead of a patient and remembering certain particulars about what makes you feel comfortable in a dental setting from the doctor to the dental assistant to the front staff Dr Melissa Cole DMD is the place to go. Her staff is wonderful. I have been with her for approximately 3 to 5 years and I have some special issues that they always remember to take care of and it’s already done before I even walk into the treatment room the prices are extremely reasonable and Dr Cole and her staff make sure that you have all the options that are available and roundabout how much it will cost. Dr. Cole is extremely low pressure and she is not a sales person. She is here to take care of what you came in for make recommendations with no pressure and carry on about her dental duties highly recommended.

My boys have been seeing Dr Cole and her staff since they were toddlers! They are 13 and 8 now!! The staff have been nothing short of outstanding! They are patient with insurance issues! They are understanding with accidental missed appointments! The boys get great cleanings and checkups and receive good reports everytime! Neither one of my children have had a cavity and Im positive its because of the great care they receive every 6 months and the great encouragement they give my children! Its a great Dentist for the whole family! You will not be disappointed!

Today was my first visit. I found them on Google. If I could give this dentistry 10 stars, I would, 10 times over. The entire staff was so pleasant and welcoming. Smiles on every face! Literally the best team of ladies I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Cole was so sweet and gentle with me and the process. I love this place already!

I lived with a lifelong fear of the dentist due to a bad experience as a child. The ladies at Cole are gentle with me and make me feel comfortable. After seeing them for around 7 years now I no longer mind visiting the dentist. They are very kind people and the atmosphere is very relaxed (which is big for me being an anxious person). If you haven’t visited the dentist due to fear or dislike of your current dentist, I would encourage you to give them a try!! I don’t think you will be disappointed!
